Each item is printed, cut, pressed, and sewn individually according to your size. This process takes roughly 5-7 business days before shipment.

The delay depends on your place of residence and the product available in stock, in US or in Europe, but can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6 - 8 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 business days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
● International: 10 - 20 business days

Returns : To report a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, please ensure that you submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. In the event that the package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is found to be our fault, we will handle it.
