Please note that Russia's war in Ukraine is severely limiting shipments to Ukraine. At this time, we can only ship products shipped to our Latvian facilities .

Claims for damaged, defective or misprinted products
All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. If the package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the problem is found to be an error on our part, we will cover it.
