Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate inventories on our website, but from time to time there may be a purchasing gap and we will not be able to process all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products and contact you to ask if you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer that we issue a refund.
2. Shipping costs
We do not ship to some countries due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but at this time we do not ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
- North Korea
3.1 Returns due to change of mind
It is best to advise you to contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. See our return policy
4. Terms of delivery
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The time it takes depends on where you live, but can be estimated as follows:
4.1 Transit time
● United States: 3 - 4 business days
● Europe: 6 - 8 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 business days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
4.2 International transit time
● International: 10 - 20 business days
Please note that Russia's war in Ukraine is severely limiting shipments to Ukraine. At this time, we can only ship products shipped to our Latvian facilities .
Due to impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service interruptions, our ocean carriers are also not offering international shipping to the following countries
- South Sudan
- East Timor
The list of countries where our carriers do not offer international shipping may change.
Our store is open 7 days a week during business hours, except on holidays when it will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to keep shipping times to a minimum.
4.3 Change of delivery address
For requests to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.4 Shipment by P.O. Box
DYVS ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
4.5 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will immediately ship the items in stock and the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.
4.6 Exceeded delivery time
If the delivery time is exceeded, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can investigate and do what is necessary to keep your purchase enjoyable.
5. Tracking Notification
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link via the email you sent us, from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping service provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
1. If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package upon receipt if possible and contact our customer service department.
2. If the package was delivered without your presence, it is imperative that you provide us with proof of the damage either by -photo or -video and please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
