Claims for damaged, defective or misprinted products. All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. If the package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the problem is found to be an error on our part, we will cover it. To report a problem, please submit a report.
Return Address The return address will be communicated to you via email and is located at one of our locations depending on your country of receipt. Upon receipt of a returned shipment, you will receive an automatic email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address (if applicable).
No returns. For sealed merchandise Tagaloa Tattoo Apparel does not accept returns of sealed merchandise, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Any order returned with face masks cannot be reshipped and will be rejected.
Contact Us For any incident, please contact us before returning any product. We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse for customers in Brazil who must contact customer service within 7 consecutive days of receipt, provide a photo of the item and have their withdrawal request evaluated. If the product has been used or destroyed, even partially, a refund will not be possible.
Notification to EU consumers. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be granted for goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or personalized, and for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.
Tagaloa Tattoo Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
